Seriously, I dont have a 360, dont plan on buying one soon. Hopefully they will release it on PC soon, even though it will be Vista only like Halo 2 I'm sure, but that was "fixed" really easily (and the fix actually makes the game run better, imagine that).

I am getting legendary..basically because i love watching all the bonus features...and for the guy above me...Halo 3 will come out on PC in about a year

Oh yeah! You better believe I preordered this junk (the regular version)! Though I couldn't justify paying all that money for the legendary version. After reading all the books, however, I'm so looking forward to seeing/playing through the conclusion of this story. Love it!

I found these 2 vids earlier today about Halo 3. Im pretty sure its the game advertisement, but my friend says its for the Halo Movie. When the 1st movie ends the 2nd will begin.

Looks like a bunch of action figures imo. And I do believe it's a game advertisment considering it says Xbox Live and M for Mature at the end. Kinda a dead giveaway IMO. Besides, that is showing the end of Master Chief, this is suppose to be the last installment of the triligoy. So it makes more sense for the game.

Actually it is the last game in this "story arc." Kind of like how GW:EN is the last part of the original Guild Wars. Halo makes WAY, WAY, WAY to much money to just give it up.

There have been a lot of debate if MC will die, personally I think they will end it with those mysterious endings, like they give clues he died, and clues he lived. You have to try to figure it out if he made it or not.

In the vid Monument, you can hear the narrator specifically say at 3:40 that battle was half a century ago. So I think MC survives Halo 3 and we finally see his face......................... or not, we will just have to wait and see.

I doubt that you will see master chiefs face, no matter how bad ass he might look, it cant compare with the mystery surrounding it.

I don't think they'll kill of Master Chief. He has little personality and never really says much, which is great for his character but his death would have little to no emotional impact. I think it's far more likely Cortana will die.

As for a PC version of the game.. I wouldn't count on it, at least not anytime soon. Halo one was only released for the PC to build up hype for Halo 2 being released, and likewise for Halo 2 on PC years after was released for the Xbox, it was mainly a marketing ploy to encourage people buying Vista.

Waiting till after the reviews for this one, it’s just my own opinion. The first Halo was great even with its cliffhanger, but the second one just was not justified enough (especially the length). Given to the fact that Halo 2 multi-player was top notch, but its storyline was a major disappointment.

Yes they still have split screen, I just played it with my roommate on split screen. I had preordered my regular edition like 6 months ago or so and last night 3 of my friends and myself went to our hometown GameStop to pick it up. If you got a collectors edition CHECK YOUR CD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They are getting scratched due to poor casing. Anyways the game is pretty awesome. We aren't too far into it since we have class this morning at 9, but I am playing it this afternoon also with a friend. I am loving the fact that I am only like 1 of 2 people who already has it here.
